A compliance record with people locked out of it is not a record, and a register you are charged to complete is not one either. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited contractors and unlimited viewers, and every paid plan includes unlimited assets, because the thread only holds when everything and everyone is on it.
Try the record on one building.

Pricing is scoped to your portfolio and put in writing before you commit. No surprises, no per user maths.
Storage, plainly Every plan includes generous storage for documents, photos, floor plans, LiDAR scans and BIM models. If a portfolio outgrows its allowance, additional storage is NZ$10A$10 per 100 GB per month, visible on your invoice before it is ever charged. Compliance records themselves (inspections, certificates, audit history) never count against storage and are never at risk from an allowance.
BWoF tracking, inspection records and certificate history are in every plan, including Free. We will not gate the safety core of this product, at any tier, ever.
Invite every contractor, every IQP, every board member. The record gets stronger with every person who writes to it, so we will never tax that.
Platforms that charge per asset teach you to leave things out of the register. An incomplete register is exactly the risk this product exists to end.
Full export in open formats on every plan. Leaving is easy, which is why staying is a choice.
Most maintenance platforms charge per user, typically $20 to $70 per user per month, or per asset at $1 to $8 per asset per month. Industry buying guides warn that asset audits routinely uncover two to three times more assets than expected, doubling the quoted cost. On GoldnThread the price is set by the one thing that maps to your actual obligations: buildings. Ten people and two thousand assets across ten buildings is still NZ$999A$999.
One street address with its own compliance schedule (or its own AU fire safety obligations). A campus with three separate compliance schedules is three buildings. If yours is genuinely ambiguous, ask us and we will agree it in writing before you pay.
It counts top level assets only. Children of an asset (the compressors inside a chiller, the detectors under a fire panel) and register rows are unlimited on every tier, including Free. A building with one fire alarm system and two hundred detectors counts one asset against the cap. We will never price you into leaving things out of the register.
Because portfolios beyond ten buildings vary too much for one honest number: scan volumes, integrations and onboarding differ by an order of magnitude between a developer with twelve towers and a council with two hundred facilities. We publish real prices through Commercial and scope Enterprise to your portfolio, in writing, before you commit.
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You can read everything; adding new buildings beyond your plan prompts an upgrade, and storage overage appears on your invoice before it is charged. Compliance deadlines keep being tracked regardless.
They count toward your storage allowance, which is sized so that typical portfolios never think about it. Beyond the allowance, storage is NZ$10A$10 per 100 GB per month.
No. Field and portal access for invited contractors and IQPs is included in every plan.
Free, Core and Commercial: none, you can self serve. Enterprise includes guided onboarding in the scoped price; we load your first buildings with you.
